We created a simple, comfortable base in the middle of it all. Rest, recharge, and step back out into New York whenever you're ready. Because here, the city is always just outside your door. The space This is a Select-style listing — your specific room is assigned based on your group size and availability at check-in. All rooms are fully equipped and maintained to the same standard. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private bathroom, kitchenette, and all amenities. Please note: the building is a walk-up (stairs only, no elevator). Other things to note - This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, please do not book this. - Early check-in may be allowed upon request, depending on availability; however, as a courtesy we often allow for guests to leave luggage in the apartment during cleaning hours at no cost. - This unit is facing the courtyard and it gets the generous amount of shade. If you like to sleep without being bothered by city lights or noise day or night, this is an ideal suite. - We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked. Pet Policy: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets). Airbnb may not calculate this automatically. If you are bringing more than one pet, the second pet fee will be added separately after booking.
