Ideal space for families, girl trips or couples! The cottage has a cabin feel to it, with warm wood covering raised ceiling and beams in living area. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prep or cook meals during your stay. Bedrooms have contemporary beds with Helix brand high quality mattresses. Bathroom and Kitchen have all the necessary supplies. Crisp clean cotton linen, blankets and towels are provided, to make your stay comfortable. The front porch and deck in the back are ideal spots for your morning coffee, to sit and enjoy the tranquil, picturesque outdoor area surrounded by beautiful mature trees for privacy. The living room, kitchen and dining are combined in one open large space, perfect for interaction between friends and family and entertainment experience. Living room has 43" Smart TV with Roku available, where you can access your own Netflix or any other entertainment apps! Access to entire house, except garage which will be kept for owner's belongings! I can be reached during your stay through messaging system or my direct phone number provided The house is located in a quiet part of town, only half a mile walking distance to New Buffalo downtown and one mile to the boat marina and public beach. Berrien County wineries and breweries are all within a few miles drive. You can park up to three cars on our driveway. You can walk to everything within New Buffalo. Pets are not allowed at this home, due to our family pet allergies. Booking guest must be age 25+. City of New Buffalo does require a guest form to be completed, with information on all staying house guests. Even though the neighborhood is safe, we have installed a Ring video doorbell by front door, for security purposes and to track our deliveries.
