BL9044 The space The Stylish large Guest suite has 2 -bedroom 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 guests comfortably + 1 child have single bed in 1room available. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances. Pool (Seasonal), Hot Tub, Pergola, overlooking the Stunning Okanagan lake. Guest access You will have private access from your designated 2 parking spots, private path to the Suite and provided with a keyless code to enter. Other things to note We encourage guests to enjoy themselves to have unforgettable stay exploring Okanagan. While we respect our guest’s privacy same time request that our guests kindly respect hosts and homeowners in our neighborhood. We are located in a very quiet residential area. We enjoy sharing our home and stunning view with Guests who comes to explore Okanagan instead of staying over for a party/loud get together with excessive alcohol involved. Inside quiet times are from 11pm to 7am. We are working people. No parties in our home. No Speakers inside or outside. Please no taping, nailing to wall or furniture's. Outside daytime: no loud music or yelling. Outside quiet hours are from 8pm-9am. We ask that if the Hot tub is used after 8pm, that noise be kept to a minimum level as noise does carry at night. Maximum licensed occupancy for Guest Suite is 4 Guests. 2 Guest per room booked. Max 2 Designated city registered parking spot on our driveway. ALL Guests on property to be registered on registration form. Only registered Guests are allowed on property Pool is part of the yard/patio area; anyone bringing children will be responsible for the care of their children around the Pool (seasonal), Pool cover, Hot Tub and patio area. Follow Pool and Hot tub risk and instruction signs posted to prevent injury. No glassware outside or in Hot Tub/Pool, Polycarbonate drinkware's are provided Pool (seasonal) closes 8pm with cover installed. Hot tub closes 10pm. We are maintaining our amenities to highest standard and welcoming guests to Christal clear water in Hot Tub and Pool. You may see us inspecting HT and pool and performing maintenance sometimes, especially if your stay is more than 3 days, including watering the beautiful garden in hot days.
