Our property, with its huge one-hectare garden, is surrounded by vineyards brushed by the preserved foothills of the Cévennes. It is perfect for a long sunny and exotic break in the Languedoc hinterland. Located in a small wine village, it is an authentic stopover at the Portes des Cévennes and 10 km from Anduze. Enjoy in complete serenity a beautiful park, olive trees, century-old trees bathed by the song of cicadas and birds. The space *** Our house: It is a large and old 18th century Provençal bastide. I live there with my daughter, my parents, our dog, our 2 cats and our chickens! *** Your room: Located on the 2nd and top floor of the house, after an imposing staircase of 40 steps, your room charmingly mixes the authentic and the modern. It's a wide open space to let the gaze wander. Serenity and comfort with a queen size bed (160 cm), no superfluous element. Japanese panels delimit the bathroom area without partitioning it (there is therefore no door between the bathroom/WC area and the bedroom). *** Warning: located on the 2nd floor with fairly low windows, I do not recommend this room with a child or a baby of crawling/climbing age. Guest access *** In the house: You have access to the dining room, where I provide a kettle and coffee machine, as well as the adjoining terrace. *** Outside: You have access to the large garden and above-ground pool. There is a picnic table that you can also use. Other things to note *** Bed and bath linens are provided. *** Due to the surface and stone walls of the house, Wi-Fi is not accessible. *** I rent another room for 2 people in the house.
