Cozy Apartment with a View!

***ADAPTED FOR LOADSHEDDING (please see 'other notes')*** **CLEANING INC. - TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS** This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The lake makes for stunning sunsets, and the entire estate has aesthetic appeal. It is safe for a stroll, and access is strictly controlled. We even have our own coffee pod! Castle Gate shopping center is 1 km away, with 20+ shops and restaurants. Yes, you can swim and fish in the lake😏 The space I have lived in the estate for 3+ years now, and it is such a relaxing environment to be in. You never feel like you are in the city, the nature sounds and the white noise from the highway is really relaxing. It is safe to walk and play outside. Great for sunset walks. :) Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and all the amenities that the estate has to offer. Other things to note There is a stove, but no oven :) Feel free to bring fishing gear - you can fish for free. Catch and release, in designated areas. No fishing in front of apartment buildings. The apartment has a gas stove (use with matches when power is out), the geyser is on solar, and the living area & bathroom are fitted with rechargeable light bulbs (we didn't put them in the rooms cause they sometimes go on and then you can't switch them off). There is a UPS/inverter/powerbank thing fitted for the TV, Wi-Fi, and whatever else you need to use during loadshedding (it switches automatically). Depending on what you charge/plug in, it can easily run for 2 to 4 hours. We usually just use it for phones/TV/Wifi/laptops. Please make sure you have a valid South African drivers license for checking in at the gate - this will ensure that I can issue you a permanent entry code for your stay to come and go as you please. Other forms of identification are also fine for entry - it just makes the permanent code a bit of a challenge, but we have a solution for that if that is the case. Just notify me, and we will make an arrangement with security for you. 🙂
