Step outside, and you're just a short stroll from the heart of Kotor, where charming cafés, historic landmarks, lively squares, and local shops await. A shopping center and supermarkets are also just two minutes away, ensuring everything you need is close at hand. A rare luxury in such a central location, private parking is available—giving you the freedom to explore Kotor and the surrounding areas without the hassle of finding a spot. Inside, each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is a top priority, so you'll find every space sparkling clean. Each unit opens onto a peaceful garden patio shaded by lemon trees, complete with an outdoor dining area and stunning views of Kotor’s ancient city walls. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxed meal al fresco. The house includes three studio apartments, two with twin beds and one with queen-size bed, wardrobe, and TV. In total, you'll find three modern bathrooms, two cozy living areas (in the studios), and separate kitchen and dining spaces that create a welcoming, homey feel. All kitchens are fully equipped with a two-burner stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and tableware. Bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and essential amenities. Offering the perfect mix of privacy, convenience, and charm, this house is an ideal base for your stay in Kotor. Guest access Our house is just 150 meters from the medieval walls of Kotor’s Old Town. The nearest entrance, North Gate (River Gate), is only a 2-minute walk away. For those traveling by car, we offer a secure private parking lot right behind the house. The walkway and entry are well-lit, and you’ll have a private entrance for added convenience. The Kamelija Shopping Center is just 200 meters away, where you’ll find an Aroma supermarket, while Voli supermarket is 400 meters away. If you’re arriving by bus, the main bus station is 750 meters away (a 15-minute walk), and the nearest bus stop is on the main street, 400 meters away (a 5-minute walk). To make your arrival smooth, we offer self check-in, but we’re also happy to meet you and show you around - whichever you prefer! Other things to note Check-in time between 4pm and 10pm, check-out is before 10am. If you need to have early check-in or late check-out, please tell us about it as we might be able to accommodate for your needs for an extra fee (although we cannot guarantee that in advance). In case of Greet & Meet after 10pm there will be an extra charge of 15€, otherwise you can use self check-in option:) From October 1 till April 30 have a breakfast option for our guests (only) in a nearby restaurant with a special rate of 6€ per person (coffee or tea + juice or milk + eggs any style or porridge or croissant) which is not included into our night rate and shall be paid directly in the restaurant. If you opt for it - please bring a breakfast card to the restaurant, you can find them in the apartment. While staying, if you need any recommendation regarding places to eat, to visit or spend your free time, we would gladly tell you. Plenty of information is already available in our Kotor Guidebook attached to the description of our home. We can also help with certain arrangements like tours and transfers. Few other things to note: 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (penalty for smoking inside 200€), yet you can have your cigarette in front of the house. 2. Sewage system in Kotor is quite delicate and cannot cope with wet wipes, nappies, tampons (it might simply not digest it:). Also, after using the toilet, please flush generously. Tourist (sojourn) tax will be paid by private accommodation for your registration, for that you will have to provide your passport data on the check-in date. For long-term stays (longer than a month) there is a mandatory weekly cleaning service 🧹
