Melb Airport 14 minutes - Modern private bed&bath

**NOTE** - This is a room inside a home, not a whole house. *** Welcome to our home. We are located just 10-15 min from Melbourne Airport. Need a layover before catching a flight? You can check in anytime after 3pm. We offer a modern private bedroom with a detached bathroom, toilet, premium Aesop soaps and many other amenities included. You’ll share the kitchen, dining area and living room with myself, my husband and our dog Elvis who loves meeting our guests. The space Our home stay allows you to self check in if you require. We just send you a code the day of arrival. Our home is quite spacious. You will have your own room, with many amenities included, such as slippers, towels, blankets and snacks by your bedside. The bathroom is yours only, and has a nice clean shower, bath tub and many amenities at your disposal under the sink. Separate toilet is also across the hall and once again is for your use only. Your room is directly across the hall from my office, so you may see me coming and going from this room. Your stay includes full access to the kitchen and dining room which is shared with my husband, myself and any guests we may have over. Want to cook in our kitchen? Feel free to use our pots, pans, bowls cutlery you name it. There is even space for you in the fridge to store your perishables. Guest access Guests have access to a spacious private bedroom with queen bed and private bath across the hall from the bedroom. The bedroom has a TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Stan, Disney + and other streaming services. Private toilet is also separate from the bathroom and is yours only. You will also have full access to the kitchen and appliances/ utensils. Across from the kitchen is a couch, where you can make yourself comfortable, and guests are also welcome to use our dining table. The TV in our living room is not operable at the moment however you have a designated TV in your room. The kitchen, living room and dining room will be shared with myself, my husband and any guests we have over. Outside there is a alfresco area and outdoor seating, and a BBQ should you wish to use it (notice must be given if using the BBQ). Our dog Elvis will be roaming around the home also, feel free to give him a pat when you see him (no treats though) :) He is an inside dog, so he will be around, we do not lock him outside. Please note- All rooms not specified as shared areas are not for guest access. Please do not enter any rooms in the home that are not specified as shared or guest approved rooms. During your stay I work from home on a daily basis so I am home most of the time. I have a designated work office. I generally keep to myself due to work and meetings I attend and also to allow you privacy, however am always here should you have any questions or concerns. There are days I may not be in the home however, so should you need something please reach out. Other things to note Anything that you need during your stay please reach out to me, I aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I do work from home and go into the office in the city on occasion, there may be times I am not around or in my office however please feel free to send me a txt, or message me in Airbnb, I am responsive to all messages.
