The space Our apartment is ideally laid out for your stay in Bordeaux. It consists of : - A large living room open to a functional and fully equipped kitchen area (cast iron electric hobs, all necessary cooking utensils, ground coffee, and a French press provided). - A large double bedroom offering absolute tranquility, overlooking a rear courtyard. - A bathroom with a shower and separate toilets. Located on the 3rd floor with no elevator (accessible by stairs), this access actually guarantees the peace and quiet you'll enjoy, even though we're in one of the most lively and pleasant streets in the city center ! Guest access Arrival will be via a key box from 5 PM onwards. This is the guaranteed time for the accommodation to be ready, allowing us to manage any unforeseen circumstances (deep cleaning, technical maintenance, etc.). We'll do our best to make the accommodation available earlier if possible. Detailed instructions for your arrival and accessing the key box will be sent to you as soon as the accommodation is ready and accessible. For hygiene, safety and insurance reasons, access to the property is only possible once cleaning has been fully completed. Early access or luggage drop-off is unfortunately not permitted. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note - Unplug and unwind : The apartment is not equipped with a television or internet access. This is the perfect opportunity to disconnect and fully enjoy Bordeaux ! - There are 6 steps between the living room and the bedroom, with no door. And the shutters in the bedroom are interior shutters attached to the windows. So the room cannot be completely darkened from daylight, especially if you leave the window open. - Heating is electric. The apartment does not have air conditioning. - The street is not accessible by car, even for a short stop to drop off luggage. We advise you to use nearby public car parks or public transport for your arrival. - We provide bed linen and one bath towel per person. The 160cm bed is actually two 80cm mattresses side by side. - We communicate exclusively via Airbnb messaging from 10 am to 8 pm. - We reserve the right to accept booking requests based on past positive comments on the profile. *** For stays of 9 nights or more *** An intermediate housekeeping service is scheduled every 5 to 6 days in order to maintain the house in the best condition during your stay. This forms part of the booking conditions for longer stays. Applicable rate: €140 per visit. To be paid directly to the concierge service before your arrival.
