MD's Place Liwliwa Zambales Kubo # 1

MD's Place El Zamba is located at San Felipe Zambales. A surfing place in Liwliwa Beach. We're in front villa, only 2-3 mins walk going to the beach. The space Beach Lot with 4 Kubo - Each kubo comfortably accommodates 6 pax. - Additional charge of Php 250 per pax for more than 6 adults. - Children below 4 years old are free of charge. Each Kubo includes: - 2 double decks with: * 2 double beds * 2 single beds - Air-conditioned room with wall electric fan - Shared bathroom - Separate male and female toilets Common Space - A common area is available for relaxing after engaging in beach activities such as surfing, skimboarding, ATV rides, or simply enjoying the powdery ash-gray shorelines and waves. Other things to note Check-in and Checkout Times - Check-in time is 2 PM. If there are no guests on the day of your arrival, you may check in earlier. - Checkout time is 12 PM. Amenities and Policies - Towels and toiletries are not provided during your stay. - Complimentary drinking water is not available. However, an empty water jug is provided. You may ask the caretaker to refill it if needed. Cooking and Facilities - Each kubo has its own griller. - You are allowed to cook in your area. A butane stove is available, but you will need to bring or buy butane gas. - No corkage fee. - No refrigerator is provided. - No cooking utilities (e.g., pots, pans) are provided. - No plates, spoons, forks, or cups are provided. General Rules - Turn off all appliances when you leave. - Ensure all water outlets are turned off when not in use. Fees - Eco Tourism Fee: 50 pesos per person. - El Zamba Community Entrance Fee: 50 pesos per person. - Parking Fee: 100 pesos per car.
