Elements at West Beach is perched high above the coastline, overlooking the magnificent West Beach in Esperance. The Southern Ocean delivers everything from blue-bird beach days to dramatic winter storms. Designed to embrace this setting, Elements features floor-to-ceiling ocean-facing windows, allowing guests to experience the landscape in comfort year-round. The home is offered as a calm, well-maintained coastal retreat rather than a serviced hotel. The space The main living zone sits at the front of the house, featuring a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with uninterrupted 180-degree ocean views, opening onto a full wrap-around deck. The primary master bedroom is also positioned at the front of the home and offers exceptional ocean views directly from the bed, along with a private ensuite. At the rear of the house are three additional bedrooms and a family bathroom with a separate toilet: -One bedroom with a king bed -One bedroom with two single beds -One bedroom with a king single bed The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and includes a third toilet. At the rear of the house, a second deck framed with festoon lighting provides outdoor seating and a BBQ area. A grassed area sits alongside the deck, with Funky Monkey Bars for outdoor play. Separate to the main house is a second living area — a converted granite-wall-lined garage — furnished with comfortable seating, an LED TV, bar fridge, and overhead strip heating. Above this space is a fully self-contained studio, accessed via external stairs on the right-hand side of the property. The studio includes: -King-size bed and day bed -Kitchenette (gas cooktop, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster) -TV and private bathroom Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house and the separate self-contained studio. The studio is accessed externally via stairs on the right-hand side of the property. Other things to note -Beach towels are provided and located in the laundry. -The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests. -Starlink internet with a Wi-Fi booster provides coverage across the property. As this is a coastal home surrounded by native vegetation, guests may occasionally notice insects or small wildlife typical of the area. The property is professionally cleaned between stays and the external boundary is regularly treated for seasonal pests.
