Sunny Comfy room

Non-Smoking guests only. Comfy single bed in a sunny, warm room. Plenty of draw, desk space and wardrobe to use. Modern home with an outdoor area that gets the all-day sun. Herbal teas and coffee sachets are provided, along with toast and/or eggs for breakfast, which is self-service. Soya or rice milk is available (regular milk needs to be requested before arrival). Two bus routes are within a 1-10 min walk that will get you into Upper Hutt shops or the other way to Lower Hutt and Petone. The space This room contains a single bed and is one of three in my home in a suburban street. There is plenty of draw and desk space, plus a wardrobe to use. The bathroom with toilet is shared. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to cook, just tidy up afterwards. There is a cupboard in the kitchen for your use. The lounge and outdoor space is shared and you're welcome to make use of these spaces. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the dining room and kitchen to cook, just tidy up afterwards. Other things to note I have three chickens (no rooster), which are kept at the back outside the bedroom. You are likely to hear some clucking in the morning.
