Gran’s Guesthouse - Tranquil Studio with 12m Pool

Stay with us for a peaceful break on an acreage property, away from the hustle and bustle, with abundant native birds and animals including our elusive koalas, often heard and occasionally spotted. Gran’s guest house is close to the main house with it’s own access and kitchenette, ensuite, two queen size beds (very close together) in a studio space. You have access to the pool directly out the front door. We provide a generous, seasonal, continental breakfast basket to help you settle in. The space Gran’s Guesthouse is located on two acres close to but separate from the main house, occupied by your two hosts. It is a self contained open plan studio with access to a large covered outdoor area and 12 metre swimming pool. You may see your hosts in this area although they will endeavour to give you as much privacy as possible. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave and other appliances making it possible to prepare meals. Note that there is no oven, however, an airfryer can be supplied on request. For the health conscious, a high quality juicer is also available on request with instruction, if necessary. The living area has two queen size beds (to allow for twin share), a comfortable couch, a dining suite and a desk. Large windows frame views of the natural landscape and gardens. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with neighbours who rarely disturb us, however they may have cause to mow their lawn or something similar that might be heard from our place. Blinds can be drawn to block out light to assist with sleeping-in although a highlight of your stay may be to wake early to the view and enjoy the incredible array of birdsong. The studio is serviced by a very effective reverse cycle, split system air-conditioner. Guests have access to outdoor furniture in a variety of spaces including the patio, the pool and the outdoor covered area. On arrival you will receive a breakfast basket to help you enjoy your first few mornings with us. Guest access Guests have access to the guesthouse, the pool and the area in between including the covered outdoor area. Other things to note Guests will require a car. Public transport is not within walking distance and taxi/uber services can’t be relied upon in our area. There is no oven in Gran’s Guesthouse. An airfryer can be supplied on request.
