It's basically an extended culdesac with no through traffic. There's a very nice park about thirty steps down a little path right next to the yard. And there's a stunning view of the foothills on your way in. Take a couple of folding chairs, a bottle of wine and marvel at the view. Even though the neighborhood is quiet with little traffic, we're close to several main thoroughfares like Chinden Boulevard, Ustick Road, Curtis Road, and the freeway, so getting around town and the entire valley is pretty easy (except if you're heading West at rush hour.)
