Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. We also own a second identical cabin (search GOTL Lakeside Lodge or visit our page by googling RosarioRentals) A two-bed, one-bath cabin with a porch and fire pit is located in a cabin community on the lake. The view of the lake is to die for. From the front porch, enter into the open-concept family room/kitchen featuring hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, etc. Two smart TVs and wifi. Guests can access Saybrook Park featuring a playground, swings, volleyball, a walking path, a pavilion, and more! No smoking! We allow one small dog with an additional pet fee. We also own another cabin within the cabin community. If you have a party larger than 4 people, ask us about the availability of the other cabin and we can assist you in booking both cabins! Guests have complete access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the loft and shed (where we store our personal items). Due to the lack of stair access and due to an abundance of caution, we are restricting access to the loft that is only accessible via a ladder. We are always available to answer questions and have provided a guest book full of information about the surrounding area places of interest, and there are many! Wineries and wine tours, golf, shops, restaurants, ziplining, biking, and more within a few miles. No matter what you're in the mood for, you can find it with our Cabin and at Geneva-on-the-Lake! Choose between open-air hot dogs and pizza stands, home cooking, and fine dining. With indoor seating, outdoor patios, and bars plus lake front views; it's easy to beat the heat and hard to beat the experience! There is a gas station, Dollar General, pie shop/breakfast place located 1 mile east of the cabin. Laundry facilities located to the west of the cabin. Walk, bike, drive, or Uber around Saybrook, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Geneva, the Spire Institute. Everything is within a few miles. Free parking everywhere and plenty of Ubers if you are going to enjoy a brewery or winery. Individuals making reservations must be at least 25 years old. Terms of the Agreement: The owner/designee has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
