Skógafoss dairy farm stay -Queen bed

Welcome to my private family home (farm) which is situated right under the famous Eyjafjallajökull vulcano. I offer overnight accommodation on a working farm. Please, note that you are renting a "Private room in a home", guests prepare their own meals, there is a well equiped kitchen. The space I offer four bedrooms on the second floor of my farmhouse for guests /three accommodates two guests and one is for one guest on the second floor of the house/. On the second floor is a shared bathroom and guests are welcome to use the kitchen for preparing their own meals and guests can use for relaxing the cozy living room with beautiful panoramic views of the tranquil Icelandic countryside, the ocean, volcanic mountains and boundless pastureland. This is a family friendly accommodation, kids are welcome as well. Me and my family is living on the first floor of the house. It is possible to use the washing machine and the dryer for extra fee (just let me know in advance to begin able to prepare). We have pets on the property, our cat likes to relax on the most cosy and comfortable places in the house and the dog stays only outside. Note: we recently moved into the farmhouse, some part of the house is under renovation. Guest access It is possible to add a crib, a baby bath and a changing table, please let us know in advance. In the room is a big clothing storage, ideal for travellers who wants to stay more than few days. During your stay I will send for my guests exact check-in information 24 hours before their arrival. The host lives on the farm, but won't be available in person and prefers to communicate through the AirBnB app, any questions will be responded through the Airbnb's messaging system. Other things to note A very friendly dog lives on the property and a cat inside the house. Grocery stores are 40 km each direction in the center of Hvolsvöllur to west and Vík í Mýrdal 40 km to east.
