This suite is completely private with a private entrance. The patio and parking space are shared with our other rental, Cedar Flat B. There is a queen bed and futon in the studio space, plus a 2nd space with a bunk bed. The simple kitchenette includes a full size fridge/ freezer, hot plate for cooking, microwave, Keurig, and grill in the outdoor dining area. THIS IS A PRIVATE SPACE IN A SHARED HOUSE. Voices travel through walls, so we ask you DO NOT HAVE LOUD CONVERSATIONS between 10pm-7am. The space This is a rental in our basement, completely closed off from the rest of the house. We have a lively household of kids you will hear in the daytime, but nighttime is guaranteed to be quiet. There is a white noise machine in the rental to help camouflage noise from adjoining spaces.
