By booking this listing, you will be occupying all 5 unit in the same floor. The space This newly-built building replaces one of the first family-operated apartments in Gangnam with a modern experience rivaling that of top hotels while maintaining the homely feel people have come to expect from us. Guest access 5 bedrooms with ensuite baths, kitchen, and 2 small common areas. You will be the only guest group staying in this floor of the building. On the first floor we have a laundry room including washer and dryer, should you need them. Other things to note To save you money on services most of our guests don't need, we do not include a daily servicing of the apartment, though you can schedule cleanings with us for a small fee. We do not provide parking at the building, but if you bring a car you can park it an the Nonhyeon Elementary School for a fee.
