This fourth-floor walk up apartment offer abundance of lights and big living space. You will find yourself at a beautiful apartment that is inexpensive and modern in Manhattan. We offer a huge relaxing living room and a gigantic kitchen for your light cooking in the city. Please don’t cook a fiesta, our kitchen is equipped minimal light cooking only. The space This three bedroom and one bath apartment has plenty of windows and great lights. You will get great air-circulation here. Once you arrive the building you will buzz the host and he will buzz you in, after that you will walk up to his floor which is 4th flights up, it’s quit some leg works. The building is bit dusty because it’s only clean once a week. Once you arrive in the apartment then key in the keypad code. One side of the apartment is the 3 bedrooms and the other side is the bathroom, living room and the kitchen. The design is keep you away from the noises in the living area and kitchen. Our living room and kitchen are large and spacious. Guest access Early Check in: You can drop off your luggage after 11am in the living room and come back after the room is clean.  Luggage hold after check out : You can leave your luggage in the living room and return the room to our cleaner for cleaning.  Check out time is 11am and you cannot hang out in common area because we schedule our cleaner at 11am by the apartment.  If you wish for a later check out please communicate with your host and reschedule the cleaner arrival time. Each additional hour after 11am is $20. Super early arrival:  You must arrange your luggage drop off a few days before with your host.  Luggage can be drop off but need to be quiet when coming inside the apartment when everyone might be still sleeping. Super late check in:  If you are checking in pass midnight please notify your host.  She may need to stay up late for you.  Please notify her a few night prior arrival.  There may be an extra fees $20 charge for waiting. Other things to note 1) Fifth floor walk up. 2) On the third floor there is a cat, owner doesn't clean up well so it might be stinky occasionally on the staircase. 3) Building staircase occasionally can be a bit dusty.  Super cleans only weekly. 4) We are on West Side Harlem neighborhood, so our neighbors are mostly African Americans. 5) No bedroom lock, we installed a lock in closet to store your belongings
