This luxurious property offers spectacular views of the Jemez Mountain range, privacy and easy accessibility to historic Santa Fe. The home, and optional casita, comfortably accommodates a maximum of eight guests. The space The home boasts high beamed ceilings, large indoor and outdoor living spaces, a media room with a Smart HDTV, a chef’s kitchen and three bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests. Connectivity is ensured with high-speed broadband internet, Wi-Fi and video streaming. This is the perfect hideaway whether you want to work, enjoy times with family and friends or just have a secluded holiday. The outdoor fireplace may not be used due to Santa Fe fire restrictions. The casita, included in the rental when more than six guests are in the party, has a nicely furnished kitchen, living room, King bedroom and full bathroom. The fireplace may not be used due to Santa Fe fire restrictions. Dogs are permitted upon request for a pet fee. Guest access The guests have access to the entire home and the casita when included. No one else is resident on the property during guest stays. The home is situated on 3 acres. Other things to note Ravens Nest is situated in the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. There are native animals present including: black bear, coyote, snakes, bobcat, mule deer, etc. Therefore, one should be careful in letting dogs run free without supervision. As these animals are shy, sightings are not frequent but do occur. There is a $150 pet fee that will be requested before check in and we do expect you to pick up after your dogs.
