This is a private, cozy suite with its own entrance, outside area, mountain views, horses, and chickens. Just 25 minutes from RMNP, Loveland & Estes Park. Note: dirt switchback road; 2WD is fine unless snow/ice, then 4WD + chains needed. The space Guests love the Suite and its separate location with a private entrance. Outside, unwind in your own seating area featuring a hammock, propane fire pit, porch swing, and breathtaking views of the mountains. Past reviews mentioning noise are now outdated—the previous tenants no longer live here. We now live in the main house and are committed to making sure your stay is as peaceful, private, and relaxing as possible. The jacuzzi is just steps from your suite, located just beyond the brown fence to your upper right as you exit. It offers the perfect place to soak under the stars. Instructions for use are in the House Guide on the sofa table inside the suite. We take pride in offering a space that feels fresh, welcoming, and safe. The suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay, with extra care given to frequently touched surfaces—so you can simply settle in and enjoy the serenity. Guest access In addition to the suite, guests have access to a private beautiful outdoor space. There are amazing views from every angle of the property. There is a jacuzzi steps away from the suite. When walking out of the suite, the jacuzzi is located on the other side of the brown fence you will see up and to the right. The jacuzzi is near the house on the other side of that fence. Instructions for use are located in the 'House Guide' book which is in the suite on the sofa table. Other things to note We are located in the community of Storm Mountain, nestled in the Roosevelt Forest up a Forest Service maintained dirt road (4x4 with chains required in the winter if it snows during or before your stay). There are several great hiking trails near the suite. There's a private outside seating area with a hammock, a porch swing, a propane fire pit and spectacular views. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2 hot plates that serve as a stove top, coffee maker, and everything you need to make a simple meal. There's also a propane grill outside. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park? Just a heads-up: RMNP is currently using a timed entry reservation system, so be sure to book your spot in advance to make the most of your trip! You can find all the details on the “RMNP Timed Entry Permit System” website. It's worth it—the views are unforgettable! Hot Tub Time! The jacuzzi is just steps from your suite—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring. As you step outside, look up and to the right; you’ll see a brown fence.
