The luxurious queen bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake and provide stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The property also has a beautiful shared pool, an indoor health club and a sauna. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
