Come and rest in peace in a warm home and enjoy a beautiful comfortable room. You'll share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and dining room with me and other guests. The house is in a pleasant and quiet environment. Located 15 minutes from the center of Le Mans, 15 minutes from the Bugatti circuit and the 24-hour cars (direct access) and a few blocks from the European Horse Center. Wherever you come from, I'm less than 15 minutes from the highway exits. The space Contemporary house of 125 m2 with dining room, living room (with fireplace), toilet and kitchen on the ground floor. Three large bedrooms with TV upstairs, toilet and bathroom. Guest access Beyond rooms equipped with TV and wifi, you will share bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining room with me and other guests. Terrace, barbecue, ping pong table and foosball table available during the summer. During your stay As long as one or more rooms are rented, I am on site or, if I am occasionally absent, I remain reachable at all times. Other things to note Non-smoking house but the garage and the outside remain available for smokers. Breakfast is not included with the room. It is, however, possible to provide one at a price of €3.00 or €5.00, depending on what you want. Supermarket with gas station 300 meters away, hypermarket 6 km away. I have a cat, watch out for allergies.
