Where you can have a morning coffee. LOCATION: Tagaytay Prime Residences Cityland Condo Tagaytay-Calamba Rd., Brgy. San Jose, Tagaytay City. Beside Hotel Carlito. A few minutes walk to Olivarez Plaza, Tagaytay Rotunda and Fora Mall. Just across Mcdonald’s with Taal view Guest access Free use of pool (8pax) and access to the viewing deck. Swimming pool Pool closed every Mondays & Thurdays for cleaning maintenance. Proper swimming attire required. Open from 6am-10pm. - no food and drinks allowed. - first come, first serve basis: 50 guests at a time. Parking with fee payable to the guard on duty. P60/entry weekdays (Mon-Thurs) P80/entry weekends/holidays First come, first serve basis. Note: We recommend to park early during weekends especially during holidays. Other things to note •Please NOTE you are renting 2 units (NOT adjacent: 7th & 10th floor) • Guests must be fully vaccinated. Must provide vax cards and ids upon checking in. •Towels for 2 pax only for each unit. •Blankets, tissue paper, liquid hand soap and dishwashing liquid will be provided. •Not suitable for pets •Late check ins until 6pm. Later than 6pm please advise to make arrangements for self check-in. •Rate only covers 8pax.(including kids) •Alteration requests must be sent 1 month in advance before check in date. •Wash all kitchen and dining wares used before check out. •No cooking of smelly foods like dried fishes(eg. tuyo) and the like. •Extra charge for extra linens, blankets and towels. •Extra cleaning with charge(optional). P500/unit. •Flat iron by request with extra charge of P50/day. •After booking is confirmed please send complete names of guests. •Early check in and late check out depends upon room availability with extra charge. •Parking with fee: P60/entry weekdays P80/entry weekends/holidays Note: we advise to park early during weekends especially during holidays. •Pool closed every Mondays & Thursdays for cleaning maintenance. •To AVOID FINE by the admin office: •No loud noise that will disturb other guests. Even walking from the elevator to the unit and vise versa. Units are not sound proof. •Do not hang anything on the balcony grill. •Do not leave garbage along the hallway and in common areas. •Always keep the door closed. •No visitors for security reasons. •Do not cook smelly foods like dried fishes esp. tuyo. •Avoid walking from the pool to the unit with wet swimwears. •There is a changing room alloted near the pool. •Maximum of 8 pax including kids.
