Just a short distance to OWA sports facilities & Tropic Falls water park. Only 9 miles to beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Tangers Outlet Mall is 2 miles away & Walmart, Aldi, Publix in walking distance. We welcome Snowbirds & extended stays! No smoking/vaping allowed in home. Must be 25 years old to book! The space The Primary bedroom has a king bed, tv, and private access to bathroom. The first secondary bedroom has a king bed and tv. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a tv. The two secondary bedrooms share access to a full bathroom in hallway. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as the family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware for anything you might want to prepare meals. The cozy screened-in patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the grounds. The condo complex has plenty of green space available for the kiddos to run, with access to covered gazebo and grill. Our beautiful pool with kiddie pool is available seasonly. **This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home. Please do not smoke or vape anywhere in the condo or on the screened in patio. As a courtesy to our neighbors, please do not smoke in the breezeway. ***Per COA rules, short term rentals are not allowed to host guests with pets.
