With its own private entrance, off-road parking, and easy access to Winchester (just 15 minutes away), it’s an ideal base for relaxing breaks, work trips, or exploring the surrounding area. The space Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, The Limes offers everything you need for a restful stay. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed dressed in Egyptian cotton linens, with soft white towels provided. Overlooking the front garden, it’s a peaceful space to unwind, complete with a blackout blind for a perfect night’s sleep—even on bright mornings. A cosy single bedroom provides additional flexibility, with hanging space, drawers, and its own blackout blind—ideal for a child, friend or relative. The shower room includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and basin, with complimentary shampoo and shower gel. (Please note: the bathroom water is softened and not suitable for drinking—fresh drinking water is available in the kitchen.) The spacious hallway offers extra storage, coat hooks, and a comfortable armchair. In the inviting living room, you can relax on comfortable seating, watch the 44” TV, or enjoy a selection of books, games, and puzzles. A large dining table doubles as a great workspace for remote working, and a digital radio is available for your favourite stations. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. On arrival, you’ll find tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and biscuits—perfect for settling in after your journey. Step outside to enjoy the pretty front garden from your own patio bistro table—ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink. To the rear, a private hedged field provides a safe open space for children to run and play. There is also a children’s play area within 5 minutes walk of the property. Ample off-road parking is available on the drive. The Limes is next to the parking, and accessed by 6 gentle steps (see photo). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire private annexe, which is attached to the host’s home. Your host is nearby if needed and happy to help with local tips or anything to make your stay more enjoyable—while fully respecting your privacy.
