With immediate access public lands and some of the best backcountry skiing, hiking, biking, lakes, rivers, and BBQ in Colorado, there is truly something for everyone to love! Guest access The entire 1-acre property. Other things to note There is no fridge, so please bring a cooler. The closest Grocery Store is in Carbondale, CO. Fitted sheets are provided, but guests need to bring their own sleeping bags and pillows. Complete bed sets (Comforter, fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillows) are available for $20/bed (max 3). Please message us to set up this service. There is no shower on site.
