The space The room is furnished with essentials to independently spend your time in the room. You are welcome to use other shared spaces and amenities if you wish to do so. Guest access Guests will be able to access all outdoor areas, bathroom, toilet, laundry, kitchen, and dining. Other things to note Please note that between 10pm to 8am is strictly quiet time. Please limit all your activities in the common area between quiet hours and keep the noise to minimum in your room during quiet hours. Please use the mat provided in the bathroom when using the shower and/or dry the floors after shower to avoid wet floors and minimise the risk of slipping. Please clean after yourself at all times. This includes washing and putting away all your dishes after use, cleaning and tidying up the kitchen after cooking, cleaning the dining table after finishing a meal, cleaning and drying the bathroom after each use, cleaning the toilet after each use, putting your personal belongings in your allocated areas and not leaving them in the common areas etc. Please treat the house as if it was your own house and use your common sense during your stay. Please ensure the gate is closed at all times and never left unattended as there is a dog in the house. Also, do not feed the dog under any circumstances. Please do not leave any food in the room to avoid unwanted insects. Please note that the locked living area is a private space and is not shared with guests. Please put the house keys back in the smart lock and the gate remote back in the mailbox when checking out.
