Floor: 2 bedrooms with FANS (one with a 140 bed, one with 2 beds of 90) (baby equipment loan) bathroom with wc. Outdoors: 🌳private gardens with garden furniture 5000 m² plot: give free rein to various activities (outdoor games, or simply relaxation). We live in a hamlet with a neighborhood. Night disturbance NOT ALLOWED. 🐕‍🦺Pets accepted UNDER CONDITIONS (check with the owners BEFORE your reservation): €30/stay/animal. (Dogs must be kept on a leash.) Each owner must take responsibility and pick up their pet's waste. Unfenced lot. Please note that dogs should only stay on the cottages area. ANY STAY FOR A PET MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL! Guest access Access is at the end of the property, and there is shared parking with the other cottages available for your use. Other things to note In order to respect the tranquility of everyone (guests, owners, and the neighborhood), we kindly ask that you read and respect the rules available in the gîtes. ⚠️WARNING!!! NO PARTIES IN THE EVENING! We live in a hamlet with neighbors. Noisy behavior at night is PROHIBITED. We do not allow parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties or large birthday parties. Check-out: 10 AM in July and August and during the Christmas holidays 3 pm from September to June The cottage must be left in a RESPECTABLY CLEAN condition! ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: - COFFEE MAKERS: 1 filter coffee maker + 1 Tassimo in each gîte. - HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Yes, sheets are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. You will also have bath towels. Pool towels are provided free of charge for one-week stays. For weekends, they are optional at €5/towel. - CLEANING/DISHWASHING KIT: In each cottage, you will find the essentials = 1 dish towel, 1 sponge, hand washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, cleaning products, and a cleaning wipe. OUTDOOR GAMES: For each game, balls, boules balls, pucks, rackets and balls/shuttles are at your disposal.
