The space Gîte composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge area with TV. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with FANS (one with a 140 cm bed, one with 2 90 cm beds) (baby equipment available) bathroom with toilet. Exterior: individual gardens with garden furniture and deckchairs. The 5000 m² plot of the property gives free rein to different activities (outdoor games, or simply relaxation). Not to mention its heated and secure swimming pool open from May to October (weather permitting), SHARED with the other 2 lodges. Various games on the property (play structure with swing, ball games, small soccer goals, badminton net, ping pong table, foosball, petanque court, pucks, molkky, darts, pool games, board games, etc.). Deckchairs and barbecue (outside fire risk period) Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board available. Bed linen and towels provided. Pool towels upon request. Welcome basket (coffee pods, tea, chocolate). Dish basket (dish towel, sponge, dishwasher, 1 dishwasher tablet, hand soap, cleaning products). Hygiene products (shower gel, hand soaps). CLEANING OPTION (not calculated in the base price): €100. If you take the option: it is still your responsibility to leave the accommodation in a respectable condition. If you do not take the cleaning option, you will have to leave the accommodation in the condition in which you found it (list of tasks to be done in the cottages), with exit inventory. Possibility of SMALL party at noon and afternoon. WARNING!!! NO PARTIES IN THE EVENING!!! We live in a hamlet with neighbors. Noise at night PROHIBITED. We refuse parties such as stag and hen parties or big birthday parties. Pets accepted UNDER CONDITIONS (to be discussed with the owners BEFORE your booking): €30/stay/pet. (dogs kept on a leash), each owner must take responsibility and pick up their pet's waste. Unfenced land. Please note, dogs must only stay in the area reserved for the cottages.
