The main level has the king master suite; the second level has one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two sets of twin bunk beds. It sleeps up to 10, including a sofa sleeper in the main living area. All rooms have flat-screen Smart TVs and new bedding. It boasts an open kitchen with a common area perfect for creating memories! The family room has a wraparound couch, area rug, flat-screen Smart TV, and two chairs. The dining area has a round table seating six, and the kitchen island seats three. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy. Some of the best memories are made eating together. Head outdoors to the covered patio with two seating areas, a gas grill, and your private hot tub! Your group will enjoy this space. There is a casita above the detached garage that rents separately. No shared common space. Additional Information: The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80°F and open year-round. The Hot Pool is open year-round. The Lazy River is unheated and opens early April, weather permitting.
