GETTING THERE Perfectly located between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. It sits one block off Folly Road on James Island. PARKING The driveway is paved and large enough for 2 standard vehicles ENTRY The front door is equipped with a smartlock. Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest. BEDS - Master Bedroom: Queen (Zinus Memory Foam Mattress) - Living Room: Article Soma Sleeper Sofa KITCHEN - Full Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (range, dishwasher, refrigerator, & microwave) - Drip coffee machine - Water kettle, toaster, and basic cooking utensils - Dishes & silverware for 4 AMENITIES - We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, laundry and dishwasher detergent, towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, and salt & pepper. THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like. - Please note that the laundry is located in the garage adjacent to the Casita. OUTDOOR SPACE Firepit, patio furniture, string lights and an OUTDOOR SHOWER are for your enjoyment! We do share this home with other bugs and mosquitoes. We provide a citronella candle and bug zapper to mitigate this but highly recommend bug spray!
