The space Almost everything in my unit is brand new giving it a fresh, modern and stylish look. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, patio, dining and living room. You can use the refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and water percolator. When I'm not at home, the entire place is yours as long as you treat it as if it's your own home. I'm out most of the day and even on weekends. During your stay I live in my place (with a little, friendly dog that stays in my room alI work from home and stay in my bedroom pretty much all day. So you would hardly see me unless I need to prepare my food in the kitchen. I'm available if needed with urgent and reasonable request pertaining to my duty as a host. Other things to note Garbage truck can be noisy in the morning and they come on Thursday morning for 10 minutes. If you close your windows and patio door, it helps reduced the noise. The garage door also makes noise when it opens and closes.
