Henån cottage by the sea

Cottage of 60 sqm with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stovetop and oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub. The space Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A sofa bed (140 cm) is available in the living room. It is also possible to sleep in a cabin further down to the beach, but not well insulated, so it is not possible in winter (or late autumn) and there is no access to water/sewage without very simple standards. Guest access The dock and boat are taken up the last week of September and are then not available to guests in the month of October and thereafter. Otherwise, guests have access to the entire property (not the storage room) and access to the hot tub (wood for 1 heating is included). Access to a small, unheated guest cottage facing the beach with room for 2 people (summer time). Smaller rowing boat for shorter outings on the sea 3 kayaks (one of the kayaks is for two people). 2 SUP boards (Stand-up paddleboards) Other things to note 900 meters to the city center with grocery store, cafe, restaurant etc. 2 stand-up paddle boards included 2 single kayaks and a double kayak.
