Henån cottage by the sea

Cottage of 50 sqm with private beach & older standard. One bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and induction stovetop with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining places for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. Wood-fired hot tub is available The space There is a relatively small bedroom where there is currently a 180 cm wide bed. A sofa bed that sleeps two people (140 cm) is in the living room. You can light a fire in the fireplace. It is also possible to sleep in a cabin further down towards the beach, but not well insulated, so it is not possible in winter (or late autumn) and there is no access to water/sewage but very simple standard. Guest access The jetty and boat are taken up the last week of September and are not available to guests in October and beyond. Otherwise, guests have access to the entire property (not storage), access to the hot tub (wood for 1 heating included). Access to smaller unheated guest house towards the beach with room for 2 people (summer time). Smaller boat for shorter trips on the sea 3 kayaks (one of which is for two people). 2 Standup paddleboards Other things to note 900 meters to the center with grocery store, café, restaurant, etc. 2 stand-up paddle boards included 2 single kayaks and a double kayak. A small motor boat with 5 hp engine and life jackets are available.
