Roomy villa - perfect for family and friends

Your perfect base for exploring everything the Lofoten islands have to offer! From our yard you can go backcountry skiing, hike mountains or forested areas - all without using a car! Walking distance to Kabelvåg city center. You can go for a beer in local pubs by foot, as well as buying groceries. Tourist attractions of Svolvær and Henningsvær are a short car ride away. The space Our house has a garden and a big terrace. Part of the is shared with our permanent tenants, who live in one part of the house. Tenants have their own entrance and their apartment is separated from the main house by sound proof walls. Please note that this is our private home, and although we make space for your belongings there will still be personal things left in the house. Please also note that we have small children, so expect some child locks on cupboards and doors, baby gates etc. These features will not disturb your stay, but it is worth being prepared for things like the fact that it will take you 2 seconds extra to open the cupboard to find pots&pans. Our house will comfortable fit 5 adults, but the set price is based on a group of 4 (this is the typical group booking our house). If you are more than 4 people, expect to pay a bit extra when requesting your booking. I will then calculate the price manually. What if you are more than 5? In addition to 5 adults, a baby/small child can sleep in the baby crib (120 cmX60 cm). If you are 6 adults, one of you will have to sleep on the futon bed in the living room (140 cm X 200 xm). We use the futon bed as a couch, but have fitted it with the most cushy and comfortable top mattress we could find so as to make it a good bed if need be. Please note that if you choose this option, the person sleeping in the living room will not have optimal protection from morning light, and they will also have limited privacy. Guest access Guests have access to the guarden, the parking space as well as the whole main house. Exeption is one upstair bedroom. Other things to note Please note that we have a family dog, so our space might not be great if you are allergic to dogs. It can be worth noting that our dog is considered allergy friendly.
