Just sit outside and watch the sun rise and set. No elevators, no riding to beach just walk out side, shower at patio. We own the land, so you have the space to the water to set up your outdoor gear. Guest access There is a space assigned to each townhouse on the sidewalk side and additional parking on the road side. Any items than cars must be approved by the board prior to arrival. Other things to note In spring and summer we rent weekly only and our turn day is Saturday. Required within 48 hours is a copy of renters drivers license and a list of name snd he’s off people that will be on property. The max people allowed at anytime is 7. More than that will cause you to be required to leave lose your deposit and rent money.
