The space After you have appreciated the pictureque facade view, enter through a gorgeous period door complete with original lead lighting. The main living area is large enough for you whole family and includes a traditional living area, dining space with a dining table large enough for 8, and a modern kitchen including extra seating for 3. No need to stress about cleaning up after dinner - there is a dishwasher to speed up the clean time. The kitchen also includes a european laundry with top load washer. This main living area has two split systems for cooling. Three rooms come off the main living area: The master bedroom, which boasts a connected 2 piece ensuite, a portable fan, a king bed and walk in robe. A second bedroom with backyard access, ceiling fan and a queen bed. A smaller third bedroom with a single bunk bed and portable fan perfect for kids. Walk through to the rear of the home and find a full three piece bathroom, and stairs leading to a massive forth bedroom with desk, ceiling fan and queen bed, and a fifth bedroom hosting two single beds and a ceiling fan. The table setting on the back deck will be enjoyed by the grown ups - while the kids have a ball on the playground below. There is a BBQ available in the carport. The whole home has evaporative central cooling and central heating, except the small bedroom off the lounge which is cooled and heated byt the loungeroom vents. Guest access Guests will have private access to all bedrooms (depending on the number of guests booked for) and living areas on the property A small shed at the rear of the property is not available for guest use. Other things to note This beautiful property has been carefully looked after and set up with the comfort of guests in mind. We ask that guests treat the home as their own. Please make sure that you book for the correct number of guests and let us know if there is any changes. Due to cleaning and linen costs the house will be set up for the number of guests that are booked for so it's important we know what that is! There are security cameras at the property. These are all external and cover the perimeter for guest and owner peace of mind.
