Other things to note •Property must be maintained in the condition it was found at the time of possession (includes interior/exterior); this includes things such as furniture placement and exterior grounds. •Smoking and/or fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the Property at any time. Any Smoking must be done in vehicles. If any signs of smoking and/or fireworks use are found, the full Deposit will be charged. •Pets are not allowed. •Day visitors must be authorized by the Manager, otherwise additional per person charges will be incurred as outlined in the rates. •Vehicles must remain on the circular driveway; if there are any signs that vehicles have been driven elsewhere, the full Deposit will be charged. •Shoes are not allowed on the home carpet interior. •Audio/video connections within the house are not to be adjusted; connections are functional for any desired usage, if connections are changed, Deposit will be charged. Call the Owner with any problems/questions. •While available, Guests acknowledge that wi-fi connections are slow (streaming video may not function seamlessly); you are in the mountains, try to unplug and enjoy! •There is no cable, antenna or Direct TV service. •Please be respectful of neighbors land and right to peace. •Local law prohibits all outdoor campfires. Failure to adhere to the local laws or fire restrictions may result in fines and/or criminal charges. •Guests are allowed to leave 3 Bags of garbage. Amounts in excess are allowed for stays over 4 Nights. There is a $15/per bag charge otherwise. •Highway 285, between Fairplay and Kenosha pass, experiences extreme weather conditions and is often subject to closure.
