It is a warm, thoughtfully furnished residence designed to make you feel completely at ease. ​🏠 Your Stay & Host Presence You’ll be staying in my primary residence, and some personal belongings may be stored neatly in the home. I am primarily based in Glasgow during the week and may return to Edinburgh on some weekends. However, for bookings of 4 guests, I will not visit the property during your stay and you will have full private use of the entire house ​🚿 Guaranteed Privacy Regardless of my presence, guests have exclusive, private use of the main bathroom throughout their stay. You will never have to share a bathroom with the host. ​🔐 Safe & Secure The property features safe self-check-in/out and an exterior security camera at the front entrance for added peace of mind. You also have access to a quiet garden and outdoor seating area for relaxation. ​👗 Note on Storage As this is my primary residence, wardrobes in the Master Suite remain occupied with my personal belongings. However, heavy-duty door hooks are provided in that room, and there is ample, empty wardrobe space available in the other bedrooms for your full use. Please note the specific access based on your group size: ​🛏️ Bedroom & Bathroom Configuration ​1–2 Guests: Access to a private double bedroom. ​3 Guests: Access to two bedrooms (Double and Single). ​4 Guests: The Master Suite (Bedroom 3) is unlocked, featuring a double bed and a private en-suite. ​Exclusive Privacy: Regardless of my presence, guests always have private, exclusive use of the main bathroom. ​🏠 Total Privacy Guarantee If the Master Bedroom is booked (4 guests), I will not be present in the property at any point during your stay, ensuring you have the entire home to yourselves. ​🍳 Kitchen Use (No Cooking) The kitchen is available for light refreshment and meal prep only. ​Included: Use of the fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. ​Prohibited: The hob and oven are not available for raw cooking or heavy meal preparation. ​👗 Wardrobe & Storage As this is my primary residence, wardrobes in the Master Suite remain occupied. ​Hooks: Heavy-duty door hooks are provided in the Master/En-suite for your convenience. ​Full Storage: Ample empty wardrobe space is provided in the other guest bedrooms.
