Simple Serenity

Welcome to your restful retreat! This hidden gem is comfortable and has all the essentials you need. You will be close to Downtown Windsor, Windsor Lake, and local golf courses. Drive to Fort Collins in about 25 minutes and to Greeley in about 20 minutes. If you have any special requests, we are happy to accommodate as best as we can. Let us know ahead of time! The space The guest suite is located in the basement of the house. There is another (separate) owner-occupied suite on the main and upper levels. The garage and yard are shared spaces. Other things to note Guests can access free media on the TV through YouTube and Roku and can use their personal Netflix and Hulu accounts. We also have a DVD player and DVDs to watch. The TV isn't set up for cable or local channels. If you have any questions about this, please ask!
