Enjoy ZERO guest fees at our private studio suite that offers space for 2 guests, is full of light and steps from East Bay! Featuring a king memory foam bed, boutique wet bar, and more. Enjoy what we think is the best location in Traverse City; situated in a quiet neighborhood just 1/2 a block from the beach and East Bay Park, biking distance to downtown, and offering easy access to everything the surrounding area has to offer. Our studio makes the perfect home base for your up north adventures. The space Our studio is relaxing, spacious, and just a short walk to the beach. We provide 2 cruiser bikes and two stand up paddle boards for guest use (with a waiver). The studio is approximately 450 sq. ft. with a (new) private exterior entrance and private interior entrance. We have a maximum of 2 adult guests. Guest access Inside, guests have shared access to the back hallway but not the other entrances in the back hallway. Guests have private access from the stairs up to the suite and the suite itself. Outside, guests have access from the porch, through the patio, and through the grassy area up to the alley fence. Other things to note We are a licensed Tourist home. # 2024-0166T. While our suite is very private, we live in the rest of the house and access the space below the suite. We are in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to make some noise, this is not the rental for you.
