You will be the only guest in our totally self contained bedsitter (your own front entrance code) - queen bed, desk/chair, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, lounge, TV, tea/coffee facilities, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, kettle plus private outdoor space. No need to share anything. Quiet treed location with safe street parking. Close to shopping centre, tavern, restaurants & lots of take-a-ways, ferry terminal & coastal walking and bike tracks. Bikes and clothes laundry available for guest use. The space Generous, very quiet space - comfy queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, quality leather 2 seater lounge, lots of storage, dedicated office desk, chair, fan and TV with Netflix. Lovely garden outlook. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, cups, crockery/cutlery. High speed (100mps) wifi. Your own private entry pass code via front door. Aircon, washing machine and bicycles available. Guest access No need to share anything - the bedroom/sitting area/ensuite bathroom is totally private and solely for your use. You have your own unique front door entrance code. Washing machine and bikes are available on request. During your stay We are retired and are therefore home most of the time but you will not be disturbed in any way. The bedsit room is totally separate from other parts of the house and has a modesty lock - you don't have to share anything. If you do need to contact us just SMS. If we are not at home we will be close by. Other things to note There is no dedicated kitchen as such but there is a microwave oven, kettle and toaster with crockery and cutlery for your use. The TV has Netflix and there is free high speed 100mps wifi. There is also a work/office bench and a comfy lounge. The small outside space has chairs and table for quiet relaxing.
