Hi! Guests love that our home location is quite a “plus!” here in Carteret County, NC. We are 3 blocks from Bogue Sound in the area known as the "NC Crystal Coast", with fabulous beaches including Atlantic Beach! Public access & walking distance to the Sound, ample parking, excellent restaurants nearby, plentiful shopping, and more! A short drive away is Beaufort, an historic town with much to do! We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs! The space Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is 3 blocks from Bogue Sound in Carteret County, NC and across Arendell St. from the Promise’ Land neighborhood. Some of the finest beaches in the U.S. are here! Restaurants, shopping, fishing, beaches, parks and other amenities await your visit to our area! Guest access You have this cozy, cute, and functional home all to yourself! Room enough to spread out to a living area, with a screened in porch, & fully fenced in back yard with deck. Other things to note We’re relatively new to Air BNB and are learning/open to guest suggestions. Improvements continue: kitchen remodeled, new bath floor & door, garbage disposal, updated couch & furniture, and classy bead board ceilings! We live across 20th St. and have been residents since 2016; we know this home and our area pretty well. Pet friendly too, w/ a $90 fee applied to your costs! 2 pup limit. Doggie dish provided. We ask that you please do all you can to keep your fur babies off furniture. NO smoking on premises, please!
