Lake George - ADK Beaver Lodge Suite - Sleeps 5

Situated in Diamond Point, just minutes from Lake George Village, this multi-room suite is part of our Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge, and offers all the amenities of our summer Lake George resort. With only one small step up into the building from the parking area, the Beaver Lodge #14 offers a separate living room / dining area / full kitchen combination space, and a separate sleeping room that includes: full bed and a full bed with a twin bunk on top, accomodating 5+ guests. The space The suite offers two rooms, with a separate living room / dining area / full kitchen combination space, and a separate sleeping room that includes: full bed and a full bed with a twin bunk on top. The bathroom includes a full size tub/ shower, toilet and small sink/ vanity. The bathroom is accessible only directly through the bedroom. Our cedar log furniture and pine wall accents lend a rustic and pleasant feel. The full size couch is also a sleeper sofa, providing space for a 6th occupant (please let us know if you plan to bring more than 5 people, maximum of 6). There is a dining set for 4. The kitchen offers, stove/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, and full cabinets. The property has baseboard heaters and window a/c units. Parking is immediately outside the access. There are two private patio spaces included, with a patio set and a dedicated Solo stainless steel fire pit. The suite is expandable if desired, guests can also book a adjoining companion queen single room with bath to sleep 7 plus the sleeper sofa. There are no units above or below, it is a single story wing of the main Lodge building, and is on the corner of Lake Shore Dr and Vito Rd. Parking and access is from Vito Rd. The property spans over 5 acres, with multiple cabins, chalet's and the main lodge. Guest amenities include: gues laundry facility, large pool and pool deck with cabana and relaxing / eating areas, charcoal and gas grills, game room, outdoor games, basketball, horse shoe pits, playground, forest fire pits, and more. Other things to note We are summer resort property open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day each year, but offer four season accommodations as well. We are located mid-way beteween Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. In the summer season, the free Lake George Trolley system passes by many times per day, offering hassle free access to either village and other destination points, and will stop at our location. The Lodge is a rough cut wood sided authentic Adirondack style building constructed in the early 1950s by the Vito family, at the corner of Vito Road and Lakeshore Drive, and the property spans a large section of both sides of Vito Road, a short street with no outlet and limited vehicle use. Lakeshore Drive is the main and only thoroughfare running north - south along 35 mile long Lake George, and most hotels and resorts are situated on this road, nestled between the lake on the east side of the road and the mountains on the west. As such, many buildings are located close to the main road. The Beaver Lodge suite occupies much of the north side of the building, including the front corner at the intersection. There is road traffic on Lakeshore Dr, only, at busy rush times of the week or day, and it is noticable when outside, though less so when inside the living room / kitchen. The bedroom is set back and generally more removed and insulated from road noise. Please ask for further clarification if desired. Hundreds of customers stay in the Lodge buiding ( and the other buildings in the area built in that era close to the road) each year, however, some folks prefer something more secluded.
