Downstairs: - Open floor plan perfect for entertaining. - Living room has seating for 5-6 and a Smart TV loaded with streaming apps - Kitchen has fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. It's also stocked with utensils, dishes and complimentary coffee, tea and creamer. -Kitchen table with seating for four -Card table with two additional chairs - Half bath and coat closet - Air mattress located in ottoman - The back door opens to a small patio with seating and view of the woods. Upstairs: - Each bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings, full private bathrooms and plenty of closet space. TVs equipped with Roku. Bedrooms are at opposite sides of the house for optimal privacy. - Laundry room Guest access Full access to all rooms and patio. No access to garage. Other things to note Typically able to provide FREE Early Check In, just ask! 😊 One car can be parked in the driveway, other cars must be in any open space near the center of the neighborhood. Do not park in the street or next to driveway. Keyless entry with front door keypad. There’s a ring doorbell so we can communicate if there’s any issues.
