The room is comfortable with a good bed for two and a private bathroom. Microwave, kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Our home is alcohol- and smoking free. Our home is situated in the quiet outskirts of Akranes with 40 minutes drive to Reykjavík and 1 hour 15 minutes to Keflavik airport. Good location for travelling in the western part of Iceland. It is a wonderful quiet area close to forestry and green areas. It is best to have a car to get around but everything in Akranes is close by, within ten minutes radius. For example swimming pool and grocery stores. Parking is free.
