The contemporary Larch Barn boasts a spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and living room leading through to a relaxing contemporary King size bedroom with ensuite, incorporating a large rain water shower . With an oak floor, bespoke kitchen and modern furniture, the large windows and doors allow light and a wonderful panoramic aspect to the surrounding fields and orchard below . The orchard is for the guests use and has a fire pit, sun beds and table chairs, picnic rugs and cushions so guests can enjoy the orchard space. Spacex WiFi over 100 megs. There is NEST controlled central heating so guests can adjust the temperature to suit. We provide crisp white bed linen and the fluffiest towels to boot! Sadly we do not take bookings with children here but welcome babes in arms. Guest access The barn is yours, with parking. The orchard with fire pit and outdoor furniture, (including loungers and two tables chairs) is also your private space and the fabulous views of the meadow and the wildlife passing by. Other things to note Access is down a quite lane off the main road with limited access to the public. There is a fan and doors open each each of the building so breeze can blow through in the summer . Definitely No BQs or lighting of candles due to fire risk .
