The space Casa Ocotillo’s vaulted pine ceilings, wood beams and Saltillo flooring evoke the rugged and enduring character of the West. In the comfortable living room, enjoy the 65” TV, board games, books and cozy gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen includes a SubZero refrigerator, Viking gas cooktop, island, automatic drip coffee maker and is fully equipped for cooking. Washer and dryer are available in the utility room. The primary bedroom is very spacious and has a King bed, 55” TV, sitting area, and access to the private sunroom overlooking Hancock Hill. The sunroom has a workspace and sitting area. The primary bath has both soaking tub and stand-alone shower, plus two vanities. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and built-in workspace with printer and room for two to work or study. The bedroom has access to the front porch. The upstairs bedroom has two bunk beds (lower bunk full-size, upper twin) and another full-size bed. This bedroom has en suite full bath. French doors lead to the balcony overlooking Hancock Hill. Casa Ocotillo's unique layout makes it equally suitable for as few as 2 guests or larger groups of up to 9 guests.
