The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and a washing machine. It has a back door that gives access to the patio. The apartment has a folding crib if needed. Parking is available outside the development. Guest access Access to the house is very easy; it is located in Nuevo Portil, in second line of the beach. The residential complex has landscaped and very well-kept areas. It has a large paddle tennis court that is free of charge upon reservation. With swimming pools for adults and children and a large beach bar with gastronomic specialties from the Huelva coast; both the swimming pools and the beach bar only open in the high holiday season, starting June 15. Just a few meters away, there is a large café with a terrace that is open year-round, where you can enjoy everything from a wonderful continental breakfast to a perfect cocktail. Just 100 meters away, you will find the “Las Dunas” restaurant, which is open every day for meals, offering fresh fish from the coast, great salads, and a rice dish to die for!!!
