New construction home on Oyster Cove with amazing views down Pickering Passage. Designed for the groups that love to cook featuring a covered outdoor kitchen with all the toys. Perfect place for families to get away and enjoy the South Puget Sound. Spacious accommodations with room to spread out but not too big for a couple people to get away for a weekend. It’s quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable. The home also has a deck over the water and stairs down to the beach. The space The house is built into a hillside and evenly split across two floors. The entry brings you into a wide open living space flowing from the kitchen, to a dining room table that seats 8, and over to the living room with a 75” TV and one of the most comfortable couches I’ve ever sat on that is literally nap inducing. We love to cook and entertain so the kitchen and deck are the focal points of the house. The kitchen is built with roughly double the amount of circulation space you’d normally see so you can comfortably have multiple people cooking at the same time. You could easily have 8 people around the island comfortably hanging out. There is a pass through window to the matching quartzite counters on the deck. The deck is massive coming in at over 500sf. It has a large quartzite table right in the middle with enough room for 10 people. There is a sectional in the corner to take in the views while sitting around the gas fire. We’ve got some adirondacks that I like to put right in the corner at night and just stare down Pickering passage at the lights of the Harstine Island bridge. The bird watching and sea life activity in the cove is super relaxing. You’ll usually catch someone taking an afternoon kayak or paddle taking in the scenery. The house is situated with Southeast exposure so you will get sun early in the morning and all through the day. Guest access The front door is on the left side of the house with a keypad. We also have the August lock system for app access. The entire house is available to use with the exception of the master closet and the garage. Other things to note We have fiber internet with a solid 100mbs up and 100mbs down connection. We’ve got wifi 6, 5ghz, and 2.4ghz networks inside and out. We just finished building the house and will continue adding games, features, activities etc so the pictures aren’t always completely up to date. Private community beach and boat launch. Close proximity to Spencer Lake and Mason Lake.
