Enjoy Berlin from our quiet, centrally-located home in Kreuzberg. The penthouse appartment (5th floor with lift) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and dining room are surrounded by a rooftop terrace on three sides, with views out onto a beautiful green courtyard. The covered terrace is south facing, so evenings can be spent outside well into autumn. The famous Landwehrkanal is a 5 min walk from our home, offering some of Berlin's best restaurants, bars, shops and markets. The space The bedrooms are light, large and airy. The master bedroom has a comfortable 180x200 bed and the guest bedroom/study a 160x200 bed. The kitchen and bathrooms are less than two years old. All rooms (incl kitchen) have air conditioning and all spaces have floor heating. The terrace is large and south/south west facing. Fresh herbs can be picked from the garden.
