The space Guests will enter the property and park on a round-a-bout driveway adjacent to the front door of the single level four bedroom house. The bedrooms include 2xQueens (one ensuite w bath)- both opening onto , 1xDouble and 4 Bunk beds. Two living areas include the Kitchen/Dining with lounge seating for 10, wifi connected smart TV, awesome combustion fire all opening onto a large veranda overlooking the entire property set in front of mountain backdrop. The house includes a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The property is open with easy walking access to all areas. Among all of the natural features exists a multitude of bird life among the river gums and lilly pilly's. Guest access The property has a double garage and container that houses the machinery, they are locked. All other areas are accessible. There are several natural water holes on the property. During wet times gum boots will be needed, there are some boots on sight in variable sizes. Other things to note The firewood box is always full on arrival for very cosy winter nights.
